About Us

About Us

To provide quality care to our senior citizens’ well being and enable them to age with dignity. We will accomplish this through regular and continuous training of our staff.

We aim to provide excellent value for money and high quality healthcare services. We have a moto of Zero compromise on quality care, therefore our staff are consistently trained to enhance the standards of care that they provide to our clients.

Our values define who we are. As an organisation, GAPS Healthcare & Training Services will be guided by the NHS motion to roll out the 6Cs of nursing values which are – caring, compassion, competence, communication and courage. However, at the heart of everything we do, we pride ourselves in our 6Cs of values. This is what makes us different. Click here for more information

We will work to promote and enhance the quality of your life, helping you to lead a more dignified life. We will put you at the centre of your care, which means you will have control over the care you receive, control over choice of meals you eat. We consider the unique individual needs and not “a one size fits all”.

Studies show that as we age, we become more less independent and we feel more comfortable and feel safer in familiar surroundings. We will make sure that you are safe and comfortable on all visits.

We will ensure that your care is delivered by as few carers as possible to minimise the disruption of continuity. We will provide one or more named carers with whom you will establish and maintain a consistent therapeutic relationship.

We recognise that care needs can change over a period of time. Our staff are trained to recognise such changes. Our services are designed to help you today and to continue to help you as your care needs change. Therefore, we will work together with you and your family to establish a realistic solution. Be it the level of care of frequency of visits.

Home care is flexible which means the level of your care can be increased or decreased to meet your individual needs. Therefore, care can be customised to meet individual needs limited by the number of hours required, thereby reducing costs.

We will respect your cultural values and wishes at all times.
